*20  Observed the sanitizer solution to be too weak at the following location. Sanitizer was found in wiping cloth baskets at less then 100 PPM. Provide for the sanitizer solution to be mixed to the appropriate level for the type of sanitizer being used. Employees corrected this. 750.830 Next Inspection
